With the Northern Hemisphere winter coming to a close, it is time to realign the focus on physical training and preparation for the coming Southern Hemisphere winter.  A consistent fitness routine built on speed, agility, flexibility and endurance are crucial for the big wave surfer.  Take a look at a write-up I did for Penta Water on the pillars of my training regimen, now live on their blog.
